El Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP). La última (por ahora) guerrilla de Iberoamérica.
El tema político que he escogido es el de una guerrilla cuya existencia desconocía. Se trata del Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo, la última de las guerrillas hispanoamericanas en hacer aparición. Y lo hizo en un momento histórico, ya muy tardío (2.008), en que del continente iberomaricano ya sólo existían guerrillas más que en Colombia (FARC y ELN). Es sorprendente el apagón informativo que ha habido con este tema. Nadie en España sabe de la existencia de esta organización.
Siempre me ha interesado el tema de las guerras civiles y conflictos armados del siglo XX y lo que llevamos del XXI. Llevaba tiempo leyendo en Internet sobre organizaciones guerrilleras hispanoamericanas surgidas desde la década de 1.950 hasta nuestros días, y me encontré con la reciente historia de la insurgencia paraguaya. En Nouvelle-Aquitaine, une forêt millénaire est menacée d’être vendue à un groupement forestier. Les citoyens se mobilisent pour la racheter au plus vite.
En Haute-Vienne, une forêt de plus de mille ans est menacée : ce trésor de biodiversité situé à Rochechouart risque d’être vendu à un groupement forestier dans les prochains jours pour finir en bois de chauffage ou en meuble. Les citoyens se mobilisent.
L’une des plus vieilles forêts de Nouvelle-Aquitaine, que certains ouvrages du 13e siècle mentionnaient déjà, est en danger imminent. Ce lieu unique en France abrite une faune et une flore exceptionnelles. Certaines espèces rares y ont d’ailleurs élu domicile. Seulement, ce patrimoine naturel est sur le point d’être vendu à un groupement forestier qui souhaite l’exploiter à des fins industrielles.
